This was the easiest setup on any printer I have ever owned, the longest part of the process was unpacking and removing all of the tapes. The scan function connected with my software and there were no problems. Scanning seems to be marginally faster than my previous machine and is quick and easy. Print inks which were included fill the ink tank and after a week of normal use, they have only dropped marginally. There were 2 additional black in the box, so it could be a while before I buy ink. I like the fact that I can see the level of the tanks at anytime. The LCD panel isn't a touch panel and it's smaller than my previous Pixma and I was 'worried' by this but it is definitely NOT an issue, like all Canons the onscreen information makes it easy to use and the buttons on the machine allow easy operation of all of the functions. The paper tray holds 250 sheets which is another bonus for me, plus there is a small window to check on the paper level. I am really happy with this machine for many reasons but the really plus is the ink - refillable tanks which means less wastage.

Delivery information that you need to know

Orders are often dispatched within a few hours of being placed. We usually ship all orders within 24 hours of payment, unless the items are out of stock. Whilst 98% of the products advertised are held in stock, there may be an occasional item which needs to be specially ordered in from a manufacturer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery address of your location. Delivery can be as quick as a few hours depending on your location. Major cities will often receive by the next business day but we recommend allowing 1-2 business days for delivery. Other regional areas may take slightly longer to receive. However, we use many different courier services which allow us to use the best possible delivery method for your location. By default, we ask that orders are signed for.
