HP Envy 5020 5030 5032 5034 Ink Cartridges

My order was for 4 black cartridges and 4 colour cartridges. The delivery contained 8 black cartridges. I contacted the seller and I had a quick response with the 4 colour cartridges arriving the next day. Mistakes happen, The response is what is important.

Just too many faulty cartridges - one per order in the last three orders. Cumbersome, time-consuming, expensive, complicated , slow, return process. Just not worth it. The couple of dollars extra to go to local store far outweighs the trouble experienced with this provider
