Purchased 2 bundles HP 61XL cartridges. Only one was sent. Contacted Inkdepot by email and reported missing item. A WEEK LATER we received a Brother WT-220CL device (don't know what it is) with a packing slip claiming that the missing HP cartridges were in the box. Complained to Inkdepot by telephone and email (with a photo of Brother device). Inkdepot said they'd look into it. WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE HP CARTRIDGES AND NO EXPLANATION RECEIVED DESPITE ANOTHER EMAIL COMPLAINT TO THIS COMPANY. Now we are out of pocket and Inkdepot has been absolutely hopeless!!!!! Go somewhere else for your printer etc needs.

Great product, the order came the nex day, other cartridges that I hav ordered through other companies has no ink in them, I will be ordering the cartridges through ink depot again. Thank You Ink Depo Judy.
