Printer would not work unless I changed all cartridges (even though black was still half full, but a differing brand). When all installed the ink levels only showed as "full"on 1 of the 4 new cartridges. New black only showed 2/3rds full??

4 weeks to long to wait
When I ordered you should have told me that you had no stock.It was not good for me to have to ring a week later to be told out of stock .Than I had to waith more than two more weeks. On top of all that the delivery people had not advised me that they were coming. Left a card in the mail on Friday. On Monday I had to go to an other Town to pick up parcel. All together it took 4 Weeks. What can I say regarding the cost of other people doing my printing and the delivering and picking up. Thanks. Antonius

I have used this company previously and been happy with the service and prompt delivery. This order was delayed by several weeks and the order came in 2 separate deliveries. It would have been nice to have this communicated to me as I was waiting on the order.
