Thd delivery of the MFC printer was excellent and arrived within a day of the order. the printer was in perfect new condition and easily set up on my home network. The price was also very competitive.

Product was delivered well before schefulef delivery time. Very happy with the price (cheapest).the product itself and the customer service. Very prompt service. Rang me on monday as first time user ( very impressed as it put my mind at ease that they were agenuine company and I hadn't blown my money) and said it was being sent that day. Living on the north coast thought it would take up to 5 days, however, it was delivered on tuesday much to my delight. Thankyou.

Only problem i received the wrong invoice first. So i could not track my parcel and missed my delivery the first 2 time. Also did not like startrack courier. They did not ring the door bell or wait for me. They just knocked the door and left within a 1-2 mins. But finally the issue was resolved and i gor my printer delivered at home on the 3rd attempt. Thanks to inkdepot sales team for chasing up with my parcel and startrack. The product rating - 4 stars... as it does not provide the cable for USB connectivity. otherwise it is easy to install, fast and the quality is very good.

I have been purchasing ink cartridges from Ink Depot for several years, and have always been very pleased with the service, especially that the product is delivered so quickly.
