The Epson Compatible ink refills have proven reliable in terms of the refill procedure and the stability of the ink remaining in the bottle until the next refill. There is no spillage from the bottle tip when the plastic membrane is pierced when the bottle is upended at the printer's filling point and the screw cap prevents any drying out of the tip. The colours are true to their description.

Glossy paper has a shiny coating that gives it an attractive finish and is smudge-resistant and fade-proof. Matte paper is similar to regular printer paper and may have a special inkjet coating to bring out the best results when used with an inkjet printer device.
The best way to store 5x7 inch photos, irrespective of the type of printer paper they have been printed on, is to store them in a cool, dry place with optimum temperature and low/no moisture. Use archival quality albums or boxes for storage and keep photos in albums with acid-free plastic sleeves.
